Protect yourself
- Write down every name and what each person owes each round.
- Agree on the date and amount in a message everyone can see.
- Ask for a receipt or a message confirming each payment you hand over.
- Take an early turn if you need the money, a late turn if you need to save.
- Never join a circle whose contribution you could not cover in a slow month.
- Stop paying in and talk to the organizer the moment a round is missed.
A tanda does not earn interest. You receive what the group put in. The value is in the timing, not a return.
